FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I see my picture before ordering?
If you would like to wait to preview your students school picture before placing your order, you are more than welcome to, however the prices will be slightly higher at that time.  In approximately 2 weeks, all of the students that prepaid will receive their orders, and the students that did not place an order will receive a proof.  At that time, if you would like to place an order you can do so using the website and passcode included on their proof and your order will be shipped directly to your home.  

I can not order right now, will I have the option to order later?
If you are unable to place your order prior to picture day, you will have the option to order at a later time.  However, the prices are slightly higher and you will be charged for shipping.  The 2nd chance ordering remains open throughout the entire school year.  

How do I place my order if I have more than one child?
If your children go to the same school and attend the same building, you can order them together and checkout once.  However, if they attend different buildings, you must place your order in the corresponding event for the correct building to guarantee that you receive your order correctly.    

When will the pictures be delivered?
All prepay orders are delivered to the school approximately 2 weeks after picture day UNLESS you add the shipping option, then they will be shipped directly to you.  If you place a 2nd Chance order, you will be charged for shipping and it will be shipped to the address on your order.
